Chief Researcher, Professor Arkady Shanenko made a presentation at the prestigious International symposium "Nanophysics and Nanoelectronics", which was held in Nizhny Novgorod in March 2022.

Centre of Quantum Metamaterials at International Symposium "Nanophysics and Nanoelectronics", Nizhny Novgorod, March 2022

Professor Shanenko has  covered the topic of "Interference surface amplification of superconductivity" .
The International Symposium "Nanophysics and Nanoelectronics" has a 30-year history of scientific discussion of current problems in the field of physics of semiconductor nanostructures, X-ray optics, probe microscopy, magnetic and superconducting nanostructures. Traditionally, all research groups which are actively working in this scientific field  take part in the conference. The scientific topics of the presentations cover a wide range of  issues of condensed matter physics, which is one of the priority directions of the development of science, technology and engineering in Russia. Special attention was paid to the discussion of optical properties of semiconductors, magnetic and superconducting nanostructures. The participants of the Symposium discussed and systematized the research results obtained by Russian scientists and conducted a comparative analysis with the achievements of foreign science.
