"Scientific Wednesdays" in the Centre for Quantum Metamaterials

The Center hosted the traditional meeting of the participants of all its research projects

The research progress in two major areas was discussed: spatial configurations of vortex matter in intertype superconductors (speaker V.D. Neverov) and  calculation of the critical temperature of a superconducting transition in synthetic materials from the first principles (speakers I.A. Kovalev and Thiago Saraiva). The results of the first months of the year have been summed up. It was noted that the results of the research will bring closer the creation of artificial materials with superconductivity at much higher temperatures than is currently possible.
