This talent management program is aimed at supporting the professional development of promising researchers

The program participants receive the opportunity to develop their professional potential, communicate informally with experienced mentors and gain team experience in project implementation. The interesting opportunities for start-up grants are also made available for them.
A special education plan is prepared for the participants of the program: meetings with experts, teamwork on the project, mentoring, competitions, field seminars and workshops, which allows to take a new qualitative step in professional development.
